I purchased this to see if I could get more energy for myself because I deal with being sluggish and fatigued most of the time. I was impressed by this and enjoy the holistic approach with it. It's definitely worth the money and investment for yourself and your body. Getting back into my weight loss journey, some days I would feel great and others the same. Not to say anything negative but my own personal journey. The taste isn't bad. I would continue to purchase again for the well-being of myself and knowing what you're taking! Highly recommend this to anyone!

I enjoyed this much more than my regular multi vitamin. The texture is interesting, but the flavor profile is good. It seemed to give me a little more energy in the morning when I used it.

These little bites provided me with the extra boost I needed for my workout. Kept me focused and proved effective. I tried one today after my workout instead of before and I could feel a difference. Definitely better before but I liked it right after as well to aid in recovery. Excited to have one before my Spartan race and one after this weekend!The taste is good. Love that these contain all natural ingredients. Pretty much what I expected it to be after reading up on it. These are on the dense side, so warming a little before hand can help. But since it is only a small bite, much easier to get through than a protein bar.Overall, 4 out of 5 stars. I think it could be better if it tasted more like honey and less like a chewable vitamin. The only downside for me.
