Both my husband and I have had trouble sleeping through the night. We each take one of these pills before we go to bed and it has solved the problem. I talked to my doctor and she said that it was OK to use this medication.

Love that it is not a high dose and it is effective for its purpose. I have not experienced feeling drowsy the next day, probably because it is a low dose.

I am amazed at how well these little pills work. I have a high tolerance to medicine and was really doubting this medicine helping me sleep. Boy was I surprised after the first time I tried them and they truly helped me sleep through the night.I would definitely recommend to anyone who is needing a little help sleeping.

This is a quality product. I sometimes take a 1/2 or sometimes take two. Dosage varies by the type of day I've had!

I have been using this product now for about 3 or 4 years it's non habit-forming,no undesirable side effects,it's affordable and i truly believe that it does help me sleep better. I recommend this product.

I like that this product just takes half a pill to put me to sleep within a half hour. I do not like that I have a slight bit of a "hangover" from it the next day. The "hangover" is a lot less than the "hangover" from taking a whole pill. I am not able to get much stuff done the next day if I have a whole pill. I also don't like feeling depressed the next day after taking this pill, even on half a pill. I have decided to only use it no more than once a week when I really need it and can sleep in. I would also be careful with this pill. When I first had it, I hallucinated that my head was rolling around. When I realized this was happening, I meditated and then prayed and fell asleep, thank goodness. So, if you do decide to try this, take half a pill half an hour before going to bed. Make sure you complete EVERYTHING you need to before taking this pill so you only have to slip into bed. Best of luck. P.S. If you take any medications, please consult your physician and pharmacy.

They work pretty well. Sleep was deep. Didn't feel too groggy waking up. Good to use when you need to catch up on sleep.

This is better than my Rx zolpediem 12,5 mg. I still wake up, but take a half more & go back to sleep. .
