just after 2 weeks installed the outside handle broke, snaped right off, and it wasn't forced by anyone, just found it hanging by the fingerprint wire after 1h since I was last time out. DO NOT BUY, bad materials. And fingerprint sensor doesn't work with wet fingers (wet environment).

My grand babies kept escaping so I decided to opt for a smart lock.After reading many reviews of very similar products, I decided at this price, I'd give it ago, regardless of the 1 star no comment review.Quality was impressive, installing was really really simple and easy.Pairing to the app was super fast. Functions as described.Instructions however were not easy to understand as bits were missing or incorrect, like, verify admin.... Instructions say press button on back of panel..there is no button. What it actually wants is for you to enter an admin password followed by the # sign..When installing I would highly recommend NOT linking to the app to listen to the menu on the unit for admin and users as in the app, you can't add members ( or I have been unsuccessful so far)If you didn't know how these work it can appear bar is too short. It only engages the bar to outer handle when unlocked. Rendering the outer handle useless unless unlocked.This has a bar lock as well which you can engage by lifting the handle. It doesn't have a ' deadlock' on the inside, but not needed.You can add temporary pass codes and other members fingerprints.I would advise to take the master key outside with you when first trying, just incase the pass code isn't verified etc...I can't connect this to alexa or Google, but, I have connected a cheap Bluetooth gateway to it via the smartlife (tuya) app, which allows me to use the app to unlock/lock door when I'm not at home or within reach of the Bluetooth, which is a nice bonus.I've been using it for 3 days now and love it. This ticks all the boxes for me and saved me about 40 pounds for same/similar model :)

So far so good! The lock is easy to set up and is very responsive! I have a Yale L2 on our front door and this is much more responsive than that! Not sure how reliable it is as I have only just installed it, but it looks good! Not sure if it’s water resistant as it has no gasket. Also it was missing the actual deadbolt lock but I have another one to install anyway and the fixings and box had been opened so I put this down to Amazon not the seller. Like I say for the price and how responsive it is compared to my Yale L2 it’s way worth the money. Will keep my review up to date over time to see how it does in 6-12 months time.

I can't set the new password or to connect it whit the phone i try do do like in the instructions manual i try many many times no success so for now I use the standard one 123456 😆 I wouldn't recommend to buy pau less money more headache

got a handy man to install he really struggled and I can’t even connect to the lock at all. Can’t be locked from outside online inside. Wish I didn’t order. Would return but handy man had already put so many wholes in my bedroom door!

Avoid this lock the battery usage is shocking. I've used brand new Duracell batteries and each time the door handle consumes the battery in less than 2 weeks. This is shocking batteryconsumption and defeats the purpose of an electronic smart lock!
