Exceeded expectations! I have been using another brand’s smart lock of similar price. After I change it into this lock, it’s a total upgrade. Wire is thicker, screws stronger, appearance more luxurious, set up easier, and includes fingerprint control and auto lock mechanism. We loved it and are planning to buy another one.

Very good looking lock. I did not install it myself so I cannot say for ease of installation. But it looks great with my new door. It is easy to use. The knob opens one way only. So if you cannot open the door, try to turn the knob the other way. I like that I can choose to use finger print or code to open. There's also the physical keys if all else fail. So that gives me peace of mind as technology doesn't always work the way you want. But so far so good.

Don’t even take me 15 mins to remove the old lock and install the new lock. This is the 6th or 7th smart door lock I purchased so far and could be the best among all. Easy and straightforward setting, very easy to understand. Many ways to open the lock, works very well with all methods. I also prefer the dark brown color, match with our home decor. You can track the door opening record from the phone app, more security for home protection.

This product worked great for one year and two weeks, then the lock seized. There was no way to unlock the dead bolt, even the app would not unlock it.

First off this has made getting into the house much easier. It was easy to set a code and multiple finger prints. I feel like the battery life isn’t the greatest because they only lasted about 2 months. We have a different kind at work and I’ve been there over six months and have not had to change batteries. I would assume it’s because this lock talks and announces locked and unlocked. This lock also automatically locks after about 30 seconds of being unlocked whether the door is opened or close. That’s a little annoying.

This is the most advanced lock I have used for my home so far. I hired a handyman to install it. Pairing the lock to my smartphone via the app was smooth and user-friendly. I was able to lock and unlock my door with just a touch, which is exactly the convenience I was looking for. I am very satisfied with this lock and will continue to monitor its performance. I am already considering installing more of these on other doors.
