I like it. Yes, it is bitter but that's because it is unfiltered. I have no adverse reactions, and I see to feel better on the days I take it.

I can barely choke down this teaspoon but it has worked to heal my skin. I have tried EVERYTHING as my skin was getting sores that would not go away. I tried this product and already three days later … my skin is finally healing! It arrived with a broken cap and half of the product leaked into the box which upset me but it does work!

I would love to give this a better review, because I truly believe that liquid supplements are the way to go, but I wasn't able to finish my bottle because of the bitter taste. I feel that the product is high quality does what it's supposed to, I just could not get over taste. I am not a smoothie drinker, as I heard others have put in their smoothies to mask, but I can't imagine that it would mask well. I assumed when I purchased that I would be able to handle it, I took on the attitude that it couldn't be worse than a shot of tequila (which I may or may not have done a time or two) and that didn't help improve my health! But nope. I feel that if you can handle the ick, go for it, but I had to change to a capsule.

Made me terribly sick, severe stomach pain and inflammation of intestines, body aches, chills and mild fever lasted 4 days! I followed the directions.. Be careful start of with less than the recommended dose! I really needed this product to help me, now I’m scared of all flora fulvic products.

I just hope they don't increase the price. That said, this liquid form is definitely more potent than Shilajit. I feel like it revives every cell in my body! Even my partner had to start sleeping in another room because she's tired of the late-night and early-morning poking. I used to fall asleep at work right after lunch, but this helps me stay awake. The only drawback is the taste—it's awful! But as they say, "anything good for the body rarely tastes good." It's worth every penny.

It has helped to strengthen my finger nails .Just teaspoon mixed with drink .once a day
