Still now no problems I have faced.... It's coolz the room fastly.... That's very fantastic... Actually I'm blindly buying 1st time this Whirlpool brand.... It satisfied me beyond my expectations.... My luck, I got installation call after my AC delivered within 1 hour.... That's very great.... The installation team from wirlpool well trained and do their job good.... In market, wirlpool magic cool 1.5ton ac price is very competitive also they maintain quality and service effectively... That's very interesting.... Then come to it's features, their memory restart, 6th sense mode, convertible mode all are very impressive.... Though this model has does have wifi connectivity. but all features ae can access through remote itself... Remote is quite compact and highly sensitive.....

Poor service: I ordered this product on April 29th and received it on May 13th. They were supposed to install the AC within 48 hours, but no one came. Meanwhile, I contacted the service centers of both Amazon and Whirlpool numerous times, but they only assured me that "an engineer would come to install the AC." I wanted to return the product, but Amazon's customer care kept saying they could not return it without a defect. My concern was that if they installed the product and something went wrong, I would have to deal with Whirlpool's poor service again. I finally had a big argument with Amazon customer care, and they finally accepted the return on May 27th.Extremely poor service from Whirlpool; even they asked for my address multiple times and assured me they were coming, but no one came.I also have a Voltas AC; whenever I called, they came the same day. But I never expected this service from Whirlpool; they wasted almost a month of my time.

Very satisfied with the AC cooling at the same time very disappointed with the installation team. Two unequipped technicians came who did not even know to drill a hole into the wall and they made a mess. If you are located in Chennai please reconsider ordering this or opt for good technicians. They're blunders;1) Holes were drilled in the wall larger than required.2) AC is not perfectly aligned or positioned in the wall.3) They took 6 hours for installing two AC's.4) They fitted stabilisers which has started hanging from the wall as they did not fit it properly.

I have purchased this AC on March 22. Right from day 1 there are problems like the person came for installation was completely beginner and the installation was not good. Anyhow the AC was working fine then within a week the chilliness has gone and we complained for 5 days after a technician came and said there is a leakage of gas. Then he topup the gas then also the chilliness was not coming. Again we called for support again same gas leakage problem was there. I was not satisfied with them so I called my known technician he diagnosed that the outdoor unit has a problem and switches off and on continuously. And the service in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu is very worst. And the copper coming to outdoor was touching the shutter and got rust. The technician was not having a common sense that it shouldn't touch any steel materials.

I am sharing my geniune feedback. It's not paid. You can trust me. This is average performing ac. Remote has 5 convertable modes where company claims only 4. Some useless extra buttons and remote operations can be better. Outdoor unit has some production issues as the loud noise is coming everytime when we run the ac. Not much energy efficient being an inverter ac. Please check out some other brands ac before making your decision on this one.

Looking at the negative comments i thought may be their is a process or they are selling old goods....But no...the problem can be with the transportation team where i didn't faced any....If u already have an expert or from urban clap who can install...Prefer them rather than whirlpool...That's the best solution.....

Please avoid buying this product.I purchased it, and on the very first day of installation (which cost me an additional ₹3,500), I encountered an E1 error, indicating the indoor unit of the AC was not working.I contacted both Amazon and Whirlpool — both promised a technician visit to assess the issue. The result? A manufacturing defect, which I later learned is common in this model. I had to repeatedly follow up with Whirlpool to initiate a refund.Amazon refused to process the refund until Whirlpool updated the status on their system — which they never did. After countless emails and follow-ups, the unit was finally picked up. However, it’s been over 15 days now, and I still haven’t received my refund. I’m being told it will take longer since it’s a bulky product and needs to be returned to Whirlpool’s defect center.A truly horrible experience.If you’re okay with being without an AC for a month and chasing both brands endlessly, go ahead. Otherwise, I’d strongly recommend staying away.
