Q: What safety standards does these helmets meet?

I have just checked the label in my granddaughters helmet and it conforms to CE EN 1078, I looked it up and this is the standard for cycle helmets . I would like to add it is a very well fitting helmet due to the adjustable dial at the back, it also covers the back of the head much better than a lot of helmets, my 7 year old granddaughter has it in white and silver and loves it. Hope this helps.

I would think only if they are smaller than average - I bought for a 7 year old and it is fine.

Yes it has a hard shell and would be suitable for those sports as well as bikes. Just make sure it fits properly under the chin and is placed correctly on the forehead (not high up like a jaunty American officer!
