It is good. I will warn you that it makes your baked goods get a very good rise and with that said you will need to adjust the quantity used but it has to be the best i've ever used. I am comparing it to what i can usually find at my local grocery chain shop.

My husband was stationed in korea and I could not find this product anywhere to make my vietnamese sausage. For a minute I thought i was getting a good price....When I came back to the states I bought this item in a asain market for only $1.09! I was so mad when I realized I could have gotten 35 sachets for the price that this person is charging for 7! So my advice is if you really need this product and cant find it anywhere then I guess you gotta buy it...but if you have access to a chinatown or a asian market they will have this prduct and sell it to you for 4x less money! WHAT A RIP OFF!

The individual packets are what makes this a nice purchase...Hardly any waste over long periods of time

What a wonderful thing to have been able to find this product! As a French expat i was always looking for it in order to bake. Very happy with the seller, the product came on time, and works wonder. I will order again.

I am NOT a baker. And in searching for the ingredient to make my grandmas tortillas my research showed this was an excellent product. I’ve also used it in making sweets. Next I’m going to use it for challah bread and French bread. Super excited and so far it’s working extremely well.

I took up French baking this year, and after disappointing results with various American baking powders, I now know there is no substitute. My croissants rise properly, and my gâteau Napolitain looks right, instead of falling flat. Accept no substitutes!
