DWSM800 Drumkey Key Chain

needed a suitable keychain replacement this one is great not too bulky EXACTLY what i was looking for, its on my key chain now and I use it constantly! Well made, clip has a ball with a finger squeeze it releases the key, but holds it firmly when not in use

It's a solid drumkey, that will stay on my keychain if so I wish. It has an anti-fingerprint body that allows different grips, and unlatches from your keychain with the push of a button. Very well tought of, makes a perfect gift for any drummer.

They key is very good on its own. What makes it great is that it has a detachable ring, so you can hang this from anything and quick release it for use, then snap it back. Like most drummers, if you're constantly looking for a drum key because it's misplaced or it's in the bottom of your stick bag, this is great to have elsewhere on your set or yourself for that matter.

I love this key and have purchased multiple over the last few years. I ad a clip to the keyring endso I can quickly snap this on to a beltloop to keep a key with me without it taking up pocket space. The barrel is slim enough that it seems to work even on drums with narrow clearance. Nice texturing on the barrel behind the wings make it great for "finger tightening" to pretension before really going to town.My only gripe is that I often think I've pushed it into it's clip and it doesn't quite fully secure. I've unknowingly lost these a few times at gigs when I clipped it back quickly without paying close enough attention.

Handy and appears to be well made and will last for years. The way it detached makes it very convenient to use.

Keep one on my stick bag and backpack. Not only does it release quickly and easily but it will spin freely on the key chain. Rather heavy for a key chain though.
