Lighter weight, less depth.
Lightweight but more shallow than my older pans. At my age, weight is more important than depth. However, it would be a problem to prepare a meal for a group.

Meets the non-stick claim
They work well and meet the “non-stick” claim. Another review noted the non-stick feature didn’t work so well with scrambled eggs, but I’ve had no problems in that regard.

Nonstick and they wash up beautifully
These are definitely awesome pans. Nothing sticks to them. They washed up very nicely in the dishwasher.

Circulon does it best
Bought Snowclad pans and returned them due to the fact they were not nonstick. I bought my first Circulon pan and I love it. Have been using for over a month and can't say enough good about it. Most foods rinse right out or just need a paper towel wiping to get it off the bottom. No scrubbing needed!
