My husband and I use every am. We mix with garden of life organic protein plus greens, liquid, and vital collagen in our jet blender. Using the power blender produces a smooth and non clumping breakfast. Since we use a flavored protein we do not notice any other flavors. Love there is no soy , sunflower or palm oils additives. One container has about 28 servings. Wish they made it in a larger value size. We also do subscribe and save with amazon.

Helps to keep my hunger pangs in check. And has definitely helped to curb my cravings for sweets.I put a scoop in my morning coffee. Doesn't dissolve immediately, you have to stir quite a bit & for whatever reason disposable spoons retain some kind of residue on them that makes the plastic spoon feel rough even after washing it. So use regular silverware.

Amazon no longer carries the Quest brand I used to get, so I decided to try this Garden of Life brand of MCT powder. I don't like it nearly as much. I add this to my tea and give it a spin in the blender, to get that creamy, frothy look & feel, and the Garden of Life MCT powder just does not froth up. Nor does it turn my tea milky white. Instead, it makes little pwdery clumps in my tea and adds a bitter aftertaste, while leaving the color of my tea an unappealing shade of tan. I won't be buying this again. To use it up, I've been adding it to my smoothies, and that seems to work ok.
