The media could not be loaded. I am so completely happy with this smart door lock. It was completely easy to install. I installed this myself. The instructions were very easy so it was simple as pie. The piston part slides in and out of the lock easy as butter. Nice and smooth.It only took a few moments to connect to my smartphone . It even comes with keys so in case you forget passcode or you foget your phone it’s very easy to do so. There’s also a nice feature where you can send a one - time , code for a temporary visitor like a repair man or somebody who’s taking care of your animals and that code will expire after a while.It’s completely easy to use. Even my first grade son has no trouble getting into the house.I am so extremely pleased with this. I’m planning on purchasing a second one to use at the back door.

This lock is exactly what I wanted. I can control it from anywhere that I get a cellular signal because I bought the gateway for it as well. It unlocks very fast either by bluetooth, wireless through the gateway or by entering the pin. It also has a key, plus an emergency power backup by using a 9v battery on the outside to allow you to unlock the door in case the 4 AA batteries died. It also opens with a key if you remove the protective cap. I like the fact that it connects and works well with Alexa despite the negative reviews that the TTLock app has attached to it. This lock does not take a genius to set it up. If you set it up with Alexa please remember to add “+1” before your phone number when you try to link it. This is the step and the reason why many people that have the app gave it a 1 star.

The install of the deadbolt was pretty simple. It took me about 15 minutes from start to finish. It also connected to the app on the first try. The only knock I would give the deadbolt which is why I didn't give it a 5 star is the keypad face is flimsy and while it hasnt happened yet, I feel if pushed hard or just wear from everyday use it is going to crack or break. Other than this the deadbolt has been good.

I bought this lock because of its sleek and contemporary design to replace a well-known brand smart lock which had recently developed inconsistent and numerous lock and unlock attempts that could be unsettling especially during the night.I tried to avoid using any Apps which in general collect massive personal data for who knows what purpose. I missed the paragraph about setting up the passcode manually in the Manual so I reached out to their service department.I received a prompt and courteous response from their rep Anita by phone and by email and got my question answered and problem resolved.There are some errors in the labeling of the figures and the wording could use some improvement.Overall, the look, value and favorable reviews are the determinants for my purchase decision. My friend is very impressed and is going to purchase one (and has asked me to install it for her).

I’ve had this lock for all of a year and a half.It had been operating beautifully, until this AM.It made a beeping sound when trying to lock itself, so I figured it needed new batteries. When I opened the battery housing, I noticed the outer cover of my Duracell batteries were shriveled.I changed them out for brand new ones, but when I tried to unlock the lock, it still wouldn’t work. I touched the housing to open it, and it was quite hot, but not as hot as the batteries, all of which started peeling and emitting a burning smell.Obviously something very degraded with the wiring. Thank goodness my door is fiberglass, or it would have caught fire!

Ordered this lock to finally setup keyless entry in our house. It was very easy to install in the door and simple to configure with the proprietary app.It doesn't configure with wifi/remote control without additional hardware, but that's not necessary for us and provides a great value for the price. Batteries last a long time too so didn't have to change them often and haven't needed the backup battery process.We had a small issue with the device down the line but the care team was responsive and took care of us without delay, which is as much as you can hope for with any product.

This smart door lock is amazingI needed a lock solution for my home which blocks casual access to unauthorised people without the faff of having to use/remember keys or fobs. This is perfect. It's sleek and doesn't look obtrusive, and works perfectly.High quality finish on the components and the mechanism has a reassuringly solid feel when in use. I particularly like the three-way access design - app , user code and master key. Having a user log that shows activations history is an added bonus too. It's a well-thought out solution and I genuinely believe that you get what you pay for with these sorts of things, so suffice to say that I will gladly buy another of these locks when I need the same faff-free restricted access for another door.also ttlock app is so amazing , Highly recommended.

The phrase “full app control” is a bit misleading. Bought this for a property that will have different guests regularly so I got this to change the code in between… except I live an hour from that house. Description really made it seem like that’s what it did (as “gateway” in my mind means a gateway router) so now I have to buy another product just to make it useful (didn’t get a chance to install it until after the return window). Personally, had I realized, I would have gotten a different lock that was ready to go.Would work great for a family home I’m sure. Just not a rental.
